In the past year I have used The Vine Care to assist my mother-in-law. She is 86, has dementia and requires much personal care. Chichi and her team were able to provide this care with kindness and professionalism. In addition, they were able to accommodate my request with short notice when an emergency arose. I would recommend them for support of family members requiring care.

Our home has used The Vine care several times over the last few months to help our Personal Support Worker {PSW} and Nursing team. The staff that The Vine has provided us with have been very friendly, knowledgeable in their practises, and take initiative when coming into the home. The manager of the Vine, ChiChi, has been more than helpful and has kept in close contact with our retirement home. The communication between our team and the Vine has been excellent, Chichi has gone above and beyond to follow up with not only her own team members, but with myself and our general manager to ensure her staff is providing the best care. The Vine has helped our home a few times now despite some our requests for PSWs or Nurse’s on short notice. We greatly appreciate all the services the Vine has helped us with and look forward to continuing to work together.
